An Introduction to Renford Farrier (and why we're making these recordings)

Renford Farrier has been incarcerated in a Canadian prison for over 30 years. In this recording, he introduces himself so that whoever is listening can get a better understanding of who he is and why we’re putting this out there.
He talks about being trampled down by the system as he tries to do better and be better, but feels like it’s a losing game when he’s told, “We don’t have to prove you’re guilty; you have to prove you’re innocent.”

  1. This is my father’s child which i have not seen for over forty years. I have listened and i respect the fact that he accepts his wrong. As a sister i am asking the authorities please to give him the chance to be a free man once again. Maybe with his experience he will be able to help others on the outside to stay on the right side of the law so that there will be a crime free society.
